Johnson Company, Inc. Land Surveyors dated June 26, 2000. Based on our review, I <br /> offer the following comments: <br /> • The plat should include a 20-foot utility easement along the east side of Lot 3 over the <br /> existing watermain which runs north to south along the east side of Lot 3. <br /> • It is recommended that a 10-foot utility easement be centered on the lot lines separating Lots 1 <br /> and 2 and the lot line separating Lot 2 and 3. <br /> • Please be advised that existing buildings on the properties do not meet current setback <br /> requirements. <br /> It is recommended that the easements be dedicated to the City as part of the preliminary plat process. <br /> If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at(763) 277-5782. <br /> rim Sys <br /> �v <br /> I <br /> Minneapolis S t .
