The purpose of the 1-2, General Industrial District is to provide <br /> appropriate locations for industrial enterprises engaged in activities such <br /> as manufacturing, processing, assembly, storage and warehousing, which, <br /> because of their size and/or nature, require isolation from non-industrial <br /> uses.
