1005.05 Conditions. In addition to all applicable state laws and any other applicable provisions of this <br />:. Code, on—sale wine licenses will be subject to the same conditions for beer licenses as set forth in <br /> Section 1000.06. <br /> 1005.06 Minors. The provisions of Section 1000.07 apply to wine. <br /> 1005.07 Hours of Operation. Licensees under this Section must observe-the hours restrictions set <br /> forth in Minn. Stat. §340A.504. <br /> 1005.08 State Law. Licenses issued under this Section are subject to all provisions of Minn. Stat. <br /> Chapter 340A_ in addition to the provisions of this Section. <br /> 1005.09 Temporary Wine Licenses. <br /> (a) The City Council may issue to a club or charitable, religious, or other nonprofit <br /> organization in existence for at least three years a temporary license for the on-sale of <br /> wine in connection with a social event within the City sponsored by the licensee. <br /> (b) The license may authorize the on-sale of wine for not more than three consecutive.days, <br /> and may authorize on-sales on premises other than premises the licensee owns or <br /> permanently occupies. <br /> (c) The license may provide that the licensee may contract for wine catering services with <br /> the holder of a full-year on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by any municipality. <br /> (d) The licenses are subject to the terms, including a license fee, imposed by the City. <br /> Licenses issued under this subdivision are subject to all laws and ordinances governing <br /> the sale of intoxicating liquor except Minn. Stat. §340A.409 and those laws and <br /> ordinances which by their nature are not applicable. <br /> (e) Licenses under this subdivision are not valid unless first approved by the commissioner <br /> of public safety. <br /> (f) No organization will be issued more than three temporary wine licenses during any 12- <br /> month period. <br /> Section 1010 -MUNICIPAL LIQUOR <br /> 1010.01 Definitions. The words used in this Section will have the meanings given them in Minn. Stat. <br /> §340A.101, and the term "liquor" as used in this Code means "intoxicating liquor" as defined in Minn. <br /> Stat. §340A.101. <br /> 10-10 <br />
