Dennison, current owner of 2821 Silver Lane, St. Anthony, Minnesota 55402. On behalf of Mr. Dennison, we are seeking Commission approval of a change in the location of the lot line between our client's lot and the neighboring lot, which is 2825 Silver Lane, St. Anthony. Our client's application for subdivision/plat approval is included. The purpose of this request is to enable the parties to complete a sale contract between them by which our client, Mr. Dennison, will purchase a 20 foot strip of land from the neighboring owner. A copy of their purchase contract can be furnished to the Commission upon request. In order to effect this purchase, our client has had a survey prepared by Comstock & Davis surveyors. Four copies of the survey are enclosed. As can be seen, the lot line will not affect setbacks or other code issues. It will not render either of the lots below minimum lot size. It is purely a private matter between these two neighbors relative to their respective ownership interests. Please give this matter your due consideration.
