Present Status & Site Conditions: <br /> The address legal description, and P.I.D. of the site-are included on the attached title <br /> commitment and property tax statement included in this documentation package. <br /> Attached is a partial zoning map of St. Anthony Village illustrating the existing zoning <br /> classifications on and surrounding our site for 1000'. The commercial site to the south <br /> and east of our site has been rezoned to a mixed use PUD but is not reflected on the most <br /> current zoning map available from the city's website. <br /> A partial USGS map is attached illustrating the location and extent of water bodies, <br /> wetlands and streams and flood plains within 300'-0" of our property. No flood plain <br /> requirements were evident in the Alta survey of our site. <br /> Three maps provided by the city engineering staff depict the existing property and the <br /> location of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main and streets within 1000' thereof. <br /> The additional requested information regarding property lines, easements, and invert <br /> elevations is included in the civil drawings and site survey. <br />
