-7- <br /> Motion -by 'Councilman Marks and seconded. .by Councilman Enrooth <br /> • to adopt Resolution 82-009 . <br /> RESOLUTION 82-009 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING HELP <br /> FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> A lengthy discussion on the advantages and disadvantages for the <br /> City to have representation from two legislative districts and <br /> counties preceded- the Council.' s establishing .priority preferences <br /> for legislative reapportionment as follows : <br /> (1) The first preference of the City Council is to maintain the <br /> current alignment. <br /> (2) The second preference is that the City be located in conjunction <br /> with the City of Minneapolis . <br /> (3) The third preference is that the City -be located in conjunction <br /> with the Northeast suburbs . <br /> (4) The fourth preference is that the City be located in conjunction <br /> with the City of St. Paul. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to <br /> adopt Resolution 82-010 setting priorities as agreed to January 5 , 1982 . <br /> RESOLUTION 82-010 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING PRIORITY PREFERENCES <br /> OF THE CITY. OF ST. ANTHONY REGARDING <br /> LEGISLATIVE REAPPORTIONMENT <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Ranallo <br /> to designate Mayor Sundland to serve as Chairman of the St. Anthony <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 1982 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to , <br /> confirm that the new City Council constitutes the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority for the City of St. Anthony . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Motion by Councilman- Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth <br /> to designate Councilman Letourneau to serve as Vice Chairman. of. <br /> the St. Anthony Housing and' Redevelopment Authority for 1982. <br /> • <br />
