• WORK SCHEDULE
Past efforts on the part of the City of St. Anthony have established the
basic ground work for implementation of the Kenzie Terrace Revitalization
Program. While continued pursuit of this objective will require con-
siderable work, it is believed necessary to target for construction during
the 1983 season. In order to achieve this optimal date, major delays and
difficulties must be avoided and all involved must commit the necessary
time to complete the necessary policy and work items.
Assuming work will be authorized in late May or early June of 1982 and also
anticipating that the target construction date of late spring or summer of
1983 is desired, the parameters of the work schedule and timing of the
various stages becomes evident t. Proceeding on this basis, we have identified
the following completion dates for the stages of work involved:
Work Stage Completion
Stage I - Project Organization/Feasibility August 15, 1982
Stage II - Project Negotiation November 15, 1982
Stage III - Project Establishment March 1, 1983
Stage IV - Project Implementation (To be determined)
To be emphasized is that these dates are a preliminary estimate of the
time necessary to accomplish .the tasks and requirements of Phase I
implementation. Northwest is open to revise and establish a time table
which is in line with City objectives. Additionally, as work proceeds,
Northwest would keep the HRA advised of progress and advise the Commissioners
if advancements or delays were being encountered.
Lz
