Charges <br /> may be time-billed against a maximum appropriation, or a fixed fee may be set <br /> for detailed work specifications. Retainer relationships are available for <br /> extended assignments, or areas in which a continued preferential staff assign- <br /> ment is requested. <br /> The confidential nature of assignments and data is strictly preserved at the <br /> request of the client. <br /> The growth and continued success of NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC. is <br /> directly dependent upon the effectiveness we have in meeting client objectives <br /> and seeing projects successfully implemented.
