Childs, City Manager <br /> ------------------r----------------------------------------------------- <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: I have received a request from Jean Klosterman <br /> of the St. Anthony Chemical Abuse Information Committee to include the two enclosed <br /> articles as a separate flyer in the next mailing of the City water billing. There <br /> will be no extra postage cost and they have agreed to assist in stuffing envelopes. <br /> • FISCAL IMPACT: None. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> RECOMMENDATION: I see no problem unless the Council 's aware of previously <br /> established ,po icy about enclosures in the water billing , or other reasons not to <br /> approve the request.
