JOINT PURCHASING AGREEMENT <br /> • THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered Into this day of <br /> 19 , by and between: <br /> City of Inver Grove Heights - <br /> City of St. Anthony <br /> City of Columbia Heights <br /> City of North St. Paul <br /> City of Plymouth <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, said Cities, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1967, Section 471.h9. <br /> are desirous of making joint purchases of equipment, materials and supplies in <br /> order to secure more favorable prices, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Cities listed, pursuant to the procedures set forth in eppliCnule <br /> state statutes, shall make joint purchases for whatever same or similar <br /> equipment, materials and supplies that are authorized and requested by the <br /> Cities. <br /> 2. All Cities agree to the procedures, requirements and obligations <br /> outlined in the General Conditions of the specifications for the equipment, <br /> materials and supplies that are authorized and requested by the Cities. <br /> 3. When a City that is a party to this Agreement represents the Cities <br /> • of this Agreement for the purpose of making a procedure or requirement of the <br /> General Conditions of the specifications more convenient to ddminister, thu <br /> other Cities agree to not hold the representing City responsible or dccounldble <br /> for funds expended by the others or for the issuance of a Purchdsu Urdur ur <br /> contract by the other Cities for the equipment, materials or supplies dulhurin:d <br /> or requested by the Cities. <br /> 4. Each City shall Issue a separate Purchase Order within the requiremments <br /> of the General Conditions of the specifications for the equipment, mdturidls or <br /> supplies authorized or requested by the Cities and make payment directly to the <br /> Vendor according to the established procedures. <br /> 5. Each City shall be separately accountable for its own expenditures of <br /> public funds made hereunder. <br /> 6. After bids have been received and awarded, each City shall enter into <br /> its own separate contract or agreement with the Vendor. <br /> • <br />
