Silver Lake Road <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418 <br /> Attention: Richard Krier <br /> Project Manager <br /> Re: Extension of time on St. Anthony Redevelopment Contract <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> • We have recently determined that a major change is <br /> necessary to the redevelopment Plan as it pertains to <br /> Phase 1, the 134 unit condominiums designed for the 55 <br /> and older market. <br /> Our orignal approved proposal specified less than one <br /> for one indoor parking. - Subsequent analysis, spurred <br /> on by comments from the Planning Commission as well <br /> as responses to our questionnaire from community <br /> residents, has led us to conclude one for one parking <br /> is needed. Because of space limitations, we have to <br /> go to a two level parking arrangement to accomplish <br /> this new goal. . As a result, we must return to the <br /> Planning Commission and City Council to obtain approval <br /> for these changes. In addition, our lender must review <br /> the resultant cost and sale price effects. <br /> We will use every effort to keep any delay to. a minimum <br /> and request a 180 day extention to the time lines set <br /> forth- in- our contract.
