Mr. Pribula proposes �to construct a 36 foot wide house on the <br /> property for use as his residence. The ;,Zoning Ordinance requires a total sideyard <br /> setback of 15 feet (5 and 10 feet) meani-ng-=a 1 foot variance is required to build <br /> the house. He proposes a home nearly identical to the one recently constructed <br /> across the street. He has addressed thericen ce.rns of the neighbor on the south by <br /> placing the garage on the north and the largest ;setback on the south. No other <br /> concerns or objections have been presented by,�---an,y of the neighboring property <br /> • owners.
