This consideration was based on a report of <br /> the lc, Referral Report No. 84-65. A copy of this report is attached. <br /> • The Council finds the following proposals are, unless otherwise noted, <br /> consistent with the Development Framework and other applicable policies of the <br /> Metropolitan Development Guide and are ranked in priority order based on the <br /> Council 's Housing Review Guidelines: <br /> Referral <br /> Rank Number Project Name Location HUD Project <br /> 1 12135-1 Northwest Metro Housing Rogers 092-EH2O8-WAH-L8 <br /> 2 12137-1 Walker on Kenzie St. Anthony 092-EH2O5-WA8-L8 <br /> 3 12136-1 Woodhaven Edina 092-EH2O9-WAH-L8 <br /> 4 12138-1 Red Rock Manor Newport 092-EH207-WAH-L8 <br /> 5 12139-1 Little Crow Elderly Housing St. Paul 092-EH2O3-WA8-L8 <br /> The Council finds the Little Crow Elderly Housing Project, Referral Number <br /> 12139-1, conflicts with the Housing chapter of the Metropolitan Development <br /> Guide because of its remoteness from retail services and its proximity to other <br /> assisted housing developments. Notwithstanding these concerns, this project is <br /> ranked number 5 in the event that sufficient funds become available to the <br /> region to fund this and the other ranked projects as well as any projects for <br /> handicapped residents that meet Metropolitan Council policies. <br /> An Equal Opportunity Employer <br />
