The building would have 23 one-bedroon units <br /> (including one for a wheelchair user) and a taro-bedroom unit for a resident <br /> manager. Construction would be financed through the Section 202 Program and <br /> Section 8 funds would be used to .subsidize terant rental payments. One-bedroom <br /> rents are protected to rent at $454 per mcrth and the too-bedrocnt managers <br /> unit at S:72. <br /> The proposal Is consistent wi th the cc.:.pr:hznsive plan that has been r_vle-wed <br /> by the Metropolitan Ccurcii . Central set-ar and water are available and <br /> metropolitan interceptor and treat-ent capacity is adequate. <br /> The site offers good access to residential services. It is adJacent to <br /> neighborhood ccnvenierce and ccsmunity-level sho;pfng. Regional shoppfng is <br /> located within twt-1 minutes. Medical facilities are available nearby-and a <br /> hospital can be reached in less than thirty minutes. post office, librar'I <br /> and grocery are within a blcck of the site. <br /> No negative Impact en the environment or iretropol f ten services is anticipated <br /> if the proposal is Implemented. air and vehicle traffic are rot likely t: <br /> detrimentally affect the intended residentiai site use.
