Applicant proposes a height of 4 stories or approximately <br /> 42 feet, where the . Zoning Ordinance permits the lesser of <br /> 3 stories of 35 feet. <br /> 2 . The applicant proposes 84 units for a total of 149 units <br /> on the site .
