Subd. 2.. . Routes for Vehicles. Transporting Explosives ., The <br /> r-oute's.- referred to in the MUFC for vehicles transporting <br /> explosives and blasting agents,-lare hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> ('a) State Highway No. 88 <br /> (b) County Road C, east of State Highway No. 88 <br /> (c) . Anthony Lane. <br /> Subd. 3 . Routes for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous <br /> Chemicals . Motor vehicle routes for vehicles transporting <br /> hazardous chemicals or dangerous articles, as described in <br /> the MUFC, are hereby established as follows: <br /> (a) State Highway No. 88 <br /> ( b) County Road C, east of State Highway No. 88 <br /> (c ) Anthony Lane.. <br /> Section 350 : 25 Fire Lanes . <br /> • <br /> Subd . 1 . , ,Orders E_ st_a.bl-ishing .: The Fire Mars-hal._ may order.. -_- <br /> the establishment of fi=re lanes on public -or private: <br /> property as may be necessary for travel of fire equipment <br /> and access to fire hydrants or buildings. When a fire lane <br /> has been ordered to be established ,- i.t shall be marked by a <br /> sign bearing the words "No Parking , Fire Lane ' Order of the <br /> Fire Chief. " If there is a curb in the fire lane, it shall <br /> be painted yellow. The Fire Marshal may require the fire <br /> lane to be outlined in yellow on the pavement. - When. the <br /> fire lane is on public property or a, public right-of-way, <br /> the sign or signs shall be erected by the City. When the <br /> fire lane is on private property, the sign or signs shall <br /> be :erected by the owner at his expense as directed by the <br /> Fire Chief within 30 days after notice of the order . <br /> Subd: 2 . Obstruction; Impoundment . No person shall leave <br /> a vehicle unattended or otherwise occupy or obstruct a fire <br /> lane. When any motor vehicle occupies .or obstructs any <br /> duly designated`"`fire lane in a manner -inconsistent with its <br /> intended use for fire protection purposes, or prevents <br /> i access to any fire hydrant in the normal and usual manner <br /> b fire <br /> y protection <br /> personnel and equipment, the Fire <br /> Marshal or Police. Department personnel may order the <br /> impoundment of the vehicle , .after first making aIreasonable <br /> effort ,in the immediate vicinity to ascertain the identity <br /> and location of the owner or other person leaving the <br /> : vehicle in the, fire lane.- No vehicle impounded pursuant to <br /> j the provisions of this section shall be released until a <br /> -3- <br /> i <br />
