A Crime Watch presentation was- made at - St. Charles on March <br /> 17th. <br /> 3 . A new squad is expected to be ready for pick up the first <br /> part of April. <br /> 4 . Preparations for Officer Puffer' s retirement party are pro-. <br /> ceeding. on schedule. <br /> 5. Two types- of bullet-proof vests have- been.. chosen and. the <br /> police officers will chose one of them. <br /> Ray Nelson <br /> 1 . Mr. Childs asked. The remodeling at the Stonehouse, which-. is a large project, <br /> was begun this week. <br /> Larry Hamer <br /> 1 . At the Council' s request, Mr. Hamer has prepared a draft re- <br /> lating to Service Levels for his department. --: The only item <br /> remaining is the streets.. <br /> 2 . Remodeling at City Hall has been completed, with the excep- <br /> tion of some minor jobs. <br />
