Based on these . <br /> topic concepts, 'DRL would word specific , neutral questions. This <br /> activity to be completed within two weeks of - the initiation of <br /> the contract . ' <br /> 2. Structuring of questions and final approval of the survey <br /> instrument . These activities to -be completed within three weeks <br /> of the initiation of the contract . <br /> 3. Final determination of the field dates for interviewing . <br /> 4 . Pre-testing and , if needed , approval of resulting revisions . <br /> This activity to be completed by the second day of field work . <br /> 5. Computer analysis and preparation of written report . All <br /> analytical analysis and commentary will be available within three <br /> weeks after the completion of the field work . <br /> 6. Meeting with staff to explain and discuss survey results . <br /> This preliminary discussion can be arranged at a time convenient <br /> for the City staff , after delivery of the written analysis . <br /> 7 . Meeting with City Council and/or staff in either a work <br /> • session or formal presentation to explain and discuss the results <br /> of the study . The final discussion and strategy session can be <br /> arranged at a time convenient for the Council members and/or <br /> staff after delivery of the report . <br /> DRL personnel are also willing to attend a feasortable number of <br /> additional meetings for dissemination of the data to the public , <br /> city commissions , or other organizations . On-going telephone <br /> consultation about , any part of the study, analysis , or <br /> implications is also included . <br /> NUOR RESEARCH PE <br /> Dr . William D. Morris, President of Decision Resources, Ltd . , <br /> will act as Principal Investigator for this study and will work <br /> closely with the city staff in developing a reliable survey <br /> instrument and deducing policy relevant conclusions. <br /> Ms. Diane Traxler , Vice President of Decision Resources, Ltd . , <br /> will serve as Project Director and will oversee all phases of the <br /> research . <br /> SECT C®STS. <br /> • On the basis of our discussion, DRL would recommend a sample of <br /> 400 randomly selected households .
