ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1987-006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE- ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE.: <br /> PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT: <br /> REGULATING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT, <br /> ALTERATION, REPAIR, MOVING, REMOVAL, DEMOLITION, CONVERSION, <br /> OCCUPANCY, EQUIPMENT, USE, HEIGHT, AREA AND MAINTENANCE OF <br /> ALL BUILDINGS AND/OR STRUCTURES IN THE .CITY OF ST. ANTHONY: <br /> PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE , VIOLATION THEREOF: AMENDING <br /> SECTION 310:0.0 OF THE 1973, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND- <br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthonyi.hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Building Code. The; Minnesota State Building <br /> Code, established pursuant to Mn. Stats. 16B. 59 through 16B.73 , <br /> one copy of which is .on file in the office of the City Clerk is <br /> hereby adopted as- the building code for the City of' St. Anthony. <br /> Such code is hereby incorporated in this ordinance as completely <br /> as if set out in full. <br /> A. Administration required. The following chapters of the code <br /> • must be administered by any municipality: <br /> 1 . Chapter 1300 - Code Administration. <br /> 2 . Chapter. 1305 - Adoption' of 1985 Uniform Building Code <br /> by Reference. <br /> C Required Provisions - UBC Appendix Chapter 3.5 . <br /> 3 . Chapter 1315, Electrical. Code.,. <br /> 4 . Chapter 1320, Elevators and Related Machines. <br /> 5 . Chapter 1325, Solar Energy Systems. <br /> 6 . Chapter 1330 , Technical Requirements for Fallout <br /> Shelters. <br /> 7 . Chapter 133.5 , - Flood Proofing Regulation (when <br /> required) . <br /> 8 . Chapter 1340 , Facilities for the Handicapped. <br /> 9 . Chapter 1345, Minnesota Heating, Ventilating, Air <br /> Conditioning, and Refrigeration Code. <br /> 10. Chapter 1350, Manufactured Homes. <br /> 11 . Chapter 1355 , Plumbing Code. <br /> 12 . Chapter 1360, Prefabricated Structures. <br /> 13 . Chapter 1365, Variation of Snow Loads. <br /> 14 . Chapter 4215, Model Energy Code Amendments. <br /> B. Administration Optional.
