Chi-Ids Citv Manager <br /> BUDGET TRANSFER FOR CITY OFFICE REMODELING <br /> This is a housekeeping item relating to the remodeling of the City offices last spring. <br /> We had decided at that time that dollars from the General Reserve Fund would be <br /> transferred to the General Fund to cover the cost. As noted on the attached cost <br /> summary, the total cost of remodeling (less the amount to be reimbursed by cable <br /> franchise fees) is $13,489.36. This is in line with original estimates with the <br /> exception of the air conditioning, which proved about $1,500 higher than the original <br /> estimates once final bids were received. <br /> I recommend that the attached resolution be approved to accomplish the fund transfer. <br /> i <br /> n <br /> :cjk11.27 .87 <br />
