The Committee will be comprised as follows : <br /> 1. Ex-Officio Members <br /> Executive Director of the League of Minnesota Cities <br /> Executive Director of the Association of Metropolitan <br /> Municipalities <br /> 2. Regular Members <br /> One representative appointed by the Executive Director of <br /> the League of Minnesota Cities <br /> One representative appointed by the Executive Director of <br /> the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities <br /> Three representatives appointed by the President of MAMA. <br /> G. The Consultant shall provide at least one seminar per year on <br /> a labor issue mutually agreed on by the Consultant and the <br /> MAMA Board , at direct cost. Any unanticipated revenue <br /> derived above the cost of such a seminar , will revert to the <br /> Special Subscriber Service Account with the League of <br /> Minnesota Cities for future seminars. ' <br /> • <br /> 4. ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT <br /> The Consultant will prepare and submit monthly to the League, <br /> written summary reports indicating their activities in support of <br /> this Agreement , including the amount of time spent therein , and <br /> will , from time to time, make oral reports to the Labor Relations <br /> Subscriber Service Contract Committee regarding all phases of <br /> this Agreement. Day-to-day liaison will be maintained between <br /> the League and the Consultant through the League' s Executive <br /> Director or his agent who will be responsible for the <br /> administration of this Agreement . <br /> 5. TERMS OF AGREEMENT <br /> The terms of this Agreement shall commence March 15, 1989 and end <br /> March 14, 1990. <br /> A. A fixed retainer charge of $2, 467 dollars per month shall be <br /> paid to the Consultant. This amount represents monies needed <br /> to cover office overhead and miscellaneous support services <br /> to the technical assistance program. <br /> • <br /> -3- <br />
