There was also recognition that unless <br /> 12 80% of the residents continued to chose Waste Management Inc. as their <br /> 13 hauler, that company would probably not be able to afford to provide the <br /> 14 recycling equipment it now does for the City Recycling Center, which <br /> 15 would have to be phased out. Mr. Childs reported that conversations he <br /> 16 had recently held with Waste -Management Inc. indicated they weren't <br /> 17 closing the door completely on continuation of their existing non- <br /> 18 containerized collections in the Village.
