A letter will be sent to residents who have more than one. car <br /> for sale from their property. <br /> 4. $7,000 has been allocated from CDBG for construction of a <br /> sidewalk along Kenzie Terrace from the Kenzington to the St. <br /> Anthony National Bank. Mr. Childs indicated there is money <br /> . (about $1,500) left from the traffic signals allocation of <br /> CDBG funds and this should be transferred to the sidewalk <br /> allocation. <br /> 5. CDBG funds are proposed to be allocated for recodification of <br /> the City's Ordinances in 1989-90. <br /> 6. Mr. Childs gave a letter to Chief. Hickerson and Larry Hamer <br /> from a woman whose car had been broken into at Equinox. She <br /> wanted to know if anything could be done about the lack of <br /> walls in the garages. Mr. Hamer will respond to the letter. <br /> 7. Mr. Childs is still working with Maureen Johnson in regard to <br /> the agreement between St. Anthony and the MPCA regarding the <br /> permanent carbon plant. He noted that the contact persons at <br /> that agency are Ms. Johnson and Art Kleinrath. <br /> 8. A meeting will be scheduled with school representatives to <br /> discuss janitorial services at Parkview. <br /> • The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M. <br /> :cjk <br />
