The business will have a store frontage of 20 feet, <br /> therefore allowing them 40 square feet of signage according to the St. <br /> Anthony sign ordinance. <br /> The second sign requested would bring the total signage at Clark's to <br /> 59 square feet. <br /> In addition, a menu board has been included for concept review at this <br /> time. A future public hearing would be required to consider such a <br /> request. However, I felt it would be appropriate to review all proposed <br /> signs at this time. The menu board is proposed to be 2.5 X 5 feet, a <br /> total of 12.5 square feet. <br /> The inclusion of the menu board would bring the total signage for the <br /> Clark's Submarine Sandwiches business to 71. 5 square feet. <br /> No one has contacted this office either for or against the request for <br /> the first two signs. <br /> • :cjk10.3.89 <br />
