Hearings, Date for Adoption, Submission of Capital Budget <br /> 1. Annually, the county board shall cause to be prepared a <br /> recommended capital improvements budget for the ensuing <br /> fiscal year. The proposed budget shall then become a <br /> public record. <br /> 2. The above information shall be revised and extended each <br /> year with regard to capital improvements still pending or <br /> in the process of construction or acquisition. <br /> C.
