housing; <br /> 6. An adequate system of drainage facilities and control; <br /> 7. A solid waste management system; <br /> S. An integrated law enforcement system; <br /> 9. An emergency services system; <br /> 10. A human service delivery system; <br /> 11. A public health service system; and <br /> 12. Such other matters as may, in the judgment of the county <br /> board, be beneficial to the county. <br /> E. The county board may also review and comment on areas of <br /> coordinating policy development including at least the <br /> following areas: <br /> 1.. The coordination of land use plans within the county <br /> through the local units of government; <br /> 2. Service delivery as it relates to development and <br /> density of development; <br /> 3. The general location and extent of development of public <br /> utilities and terminals, whether publicly or privately <br /> owned; <br /> 4. Economic development; -and <br /> 5. Such other matters which the county board deems <br /> necessary for review to protect the health, safety, and <br /> welfare of the residents of the county. <br /> 14 <br />
