The services <br /> consisted of a field review of the project on May 31, 1990. This <br /> review was done following a letter from the contractor, NewMech <br /> Companies, Inc. , that the items on the punchlist prepared in June <br /> of 1989 was complete. <br /> On June 1, 1990, we prepared a summary letter to Bricker Lavik <br /> with Dorsey and . Whitney concerning our findings of the field <br /> review on May 31, 1990. The letter was prepared in accordance <br /> with previous agreements with Mr. Lavik, yourself, and Thomas <br /> Burt, St. Anthony Village Manager. A copy of the letter was sent <br /> to you and Thomas Burt. <br /> The time for the project manager consisted of approximately 2 <br /> hours at the site, 1/2 hour travel time, and 1-1/2 hour for <br /> preparation of the letter.
