CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 90-031 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING PROPOSED 1991 TAX LEVY, <br /> 1991 BUDGET AND PUBLIC HEARING DATES IN COMPLIANCE <br /> WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. <br /> Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a <br /> proposed 1991 Tax Levy and Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to make a <br /> definitive tax levy cannot be determined until the City <br /> of St. Anthony holds its public hearings; and <br /> WHEREAS, the furnishing of this proposed tax levy is made <br /> contingent on any revisions being allowed if the current <br /> law is modified. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BUT IT RESOLVED that: <br /> (1) The proposed tax levy for 1991 is: <br /> General Fund Levy $1, 470,987 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment <br /> • Authority Levy $ 29, 000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness $ 99 . 638 <br /> (2) The proposed 1991 operating budget is: <br /> $4, 522 , 635 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: <br /> (1) The hearing date for the 1991 proposed budget be <br /> set at November 27, 1990, 7 : 30 P.M. and if <br /> necessary be reconvened November 28, 1990, 7: 30 <br /> P.M. . <br /> Adopted this day of , 1990. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
