Minutes of all Council meetings will be <br /> prepared and kept by the Clerk or other person designated by the <br /> presiding officer. Ordinances, resolutions, and claims need not <br /> be recorded in full in the minutes if they appear in other <br /> permanent records of the Clerk and can be accurately identified <br /> from the description given in the minutes. <br /> C <br /> Subd . 2. Recording and Approval . The minutes of each meeting <br /> will be reduced to typewritten form and will be signed by the <br /> Clerk. Copies of the minutes with the agenda for the next <br /> meeting will be ed—to each Councilmember as soon as <br /> reasonably practicable after the meeting .
