Hellickson COwner") is the owner of the property in <br /> the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota described on Exhibit 1 attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof ("Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is subject to the provisions of a certain <br /> Redevelopment.Agreement (the "Agreement") dated July 27, 1993 by and between <br /> Owner and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, Minnesota <br /> (the "HRA"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has fully and duly performed all of the covenants <br /> and conditions of Owner under the Agreement with respect to the completion of <br /> the Project (as defined in the Agreement); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby certified that all requirements of <br /> Owner under the Agreement with respect to the completion of the Project have <br /> been completed and duly and fully performed, and this instrument is to be <br /> conclusive evidence of the satisfactory termination of the covenants and conditions <br /> of the Agreement as they relate to the completion of the Project.
