CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-043 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAIER STEWART & <br /> ASSOCIATES, INC. AS ENGINEERS FOR THE 1994 <br /> STREET CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires_ to continue with the City's Pavement <br /> Management Program during 1994 with selected street construction <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. has submitted a proposal to perform <br /> engineering services for said improvements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves Maier Stewart & Associates to perform the engineering services for the <br /> City's 1994 street construction improvements. <br /> • Adopted this day of 1993. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
