CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> H.R.A. RESOLUTION 1993-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR AND EXECUTIVE <br /> DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> OWNER AND ARCHITECT RELATING TO THE PROPOSED <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY HALL/COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority desires to construct a <br /> building to house City Hall and Community Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the architectural firm of The Alliance was selected to do the programming, <br /> space-needs analysis, pre-schematic design, and preliminary statement of <br /> probable construction costs. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority hereby authorizes the Chair and Executive Director to execute the <br /> Agreement Between the Owner and Architect relating to the proposed construction of a City <br /> Hall/Community Center. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1993. <br /> Chair <br /> Executive Director <br />
