PROJECT • A <br /> Only by thoroughly gathering,reviewing,documenting,and understanding your <br /> project needs are we able to meet your objectives and design your new Community <br /> Center. <br /> Following is brief description of our project approach. <br /> PROCESS L Staff,City Council and School District Input <br /> The Alliance will meet with key individuals from the City and the School <br /> District and be responsible for working closely with these individuals as <br /> well as with the City Council and the School Board throughout the <br /> project. <br /> All project space needs will be identified in these meetings. <br /> 2. Citizens'Input <br /> The Alliance will meet with citizen focus groups in order to solicit input <br /> Determine what you want to from the public. <br /> achieve <br /> 3. Programming(Space Needs)Phase <br /> Based on data gathered in the above meetings,we will develop building <br /> program(space needs)summary options,pre-schematic plans and <br /> associated preliminary construction cost estimates for presentation to <br /> and review and approval by Staff,City Council and School Board. <br /> Determine how to go about <br /> achieving it 4. Schematic Design Phase <br /> Based on an approved program document,The Alliance will then <br /> proceed into refinement of the schematic design for the new Community <br /> Center. The purpose of this effort is to schematically illustrate <br /> departmental layouts,adjacencies,room sizes,site conditions,future <br /> construction phases,and mechanical and electrical systems. A thorough <br /> building code analysis will also be conducted at this stage. <br /> Building elevations,three-dimensional drawings and models necessary <br /> to illustrate the project,along with a preliminary estimate of construction <br /> cost will also be provided. <br /> At the conclusion of this project phase,The Alliance will make <br /> presentations to Staff,Council,School Board,and the citizens of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> Determine whether you have <br /> all the resources needed to <br /> achieve it <br /> SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE-Page 4 <br />
