CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE YEAR XIX SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> RELATIVE TO THE 1993 URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> COMMUNITY BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a Joint Cooperation Agreement with <br /> Hennepin County for the purpose of participating in the 1993 (Year 19) Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County is the recipient of an annual grant from the U.S. Department <br /> of Housing and Urban Development for purposes of the program, and the City <br /> is a recipient under the program and receives a share of the grant; and <br /> WHEREAS, program regulations require that the City and County execute a Subreci P ient <br /> Agreement which sets forth the specific implementation processes for activities <br /> to be undertaken with program funds. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Subrecipient Agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1993. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> • City Manager <br />
