Resolution 94-037: First amendment to Ramsey County CDBG Joint <br /> 8 Cooperation Agreement, <br /> 9 Ramsey County has requested Council approval of an amendment to the CDBG <br /> 10 Joint Cooperation Agreement allowing the County to remain eligible to <br /> 11 participate and receive revenue through the HUD program. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve Resolution 94-037 regarding <br /> the first amendment to the Ramsey County CDBG Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 VIII. STATE REPRESENTATIVE MARY JO MCGUIRE. <br /> 17 Representative McGuire was not present, however, the Mayor said that if she did <br /> 18 arrive she would be allowed time to speak. <br /> 19 IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 20 There were no public hearings. <br /> 21 X. REPORTS. <br /> 22 A. Mayor. <br /> 23 The Mayor said he had met with Police Chief Engstrom and the Mayor and City <br /> 24 Administrator of Falcon Heights on May 17th. Mayor Ranallo perceived that <br /> 25 they were pleased with the agreement to receive policing services from the St. <br /> 26 Anthony Police Department and were looking forward to the starting date of <br /> January 1, 1995.
