13.7 The Architect agrees from time to time at the request of the City to execute a <br /> "Lien Waiver" in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "G" or such other form as may <br /> be reasonably required by any Lender. <br /> 13.8 This Agreement represents the entire integrated Agreement between the City <br /> and the Architect and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or <br /> agreements, either written or oral. <br /> 13.9 This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both <br /> the City and the Architect. <br /> ARTICLE 14. INDEMNIFICATION. <br /> Architect hereby agrees to and shall at all times, to the fullest extent.provided by law, <br /> pay, protect, defend, indemnify and hold the City and its agents, employees, <br /> successors and assigns wholly harmless from and against any losses, damages, <br /> expenses, costs (including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees to the extent <br /> awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction), claims, demands, injuries, deaths or <br /> suits by any person or persons, arising out of or resulting from any negligent or <br /> wrongful act, error or omission by the Architect or any of its agents, consultants, <br /> servants, employees or invitees. <br /> ARTICLE 15.
