Anthony Z , 517 • C" <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the County <br /> of, Ramsey, Department of Public Works , hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "Ramsey" , and the County of Hennepin, hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Hennepin" , and the City of St . Anthony, hereinafter referred to <br /> as the "City" ; <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey has determined that there is justification <br /> and it is in the public' s best interest to revise traffic control <br /> signals with street lights on Silver Lake Road ( County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 44 , north leg) ; Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. <br /> 136, south leg) at County Road D, east leg (Ramsey County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 19; Hennepin County State Aid Highway No 93 ) 37th <br /> Avenue N.E. , west leg; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey has determined that there is justification and <br /> it is in the public' s best interest to install interconnect along <br /> Silver Lake Road (County State Aid Highway No.. 44 ) from County Road <br /> D/37th Avenue N. E. to Silver Lane ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there exists in full force and effect Cooperative <br /> Traffic Signal Agreement, Ramsey' s No. 84011, Hennepin' s No. PW <br /> 06-74-84 , Ramsey Board Resolution 84-531 dated April 16 , ' 1984 <br /> entered into by and between the Ramsey, Hennepin and the City to <br /> share the maintenance and operation of a traffic control signal at <br /> the intersection of Silver Lake Road and County Road D/37th Avenue <br /> N.E. ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey, Hennepin and the City will participate in the <br /> cost, maintenance and operation of said traffic control signals with <br /> street lights and interconnect as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Ramsey shall prepare the necessary plans, specifications <br /> and proposals and shall perform the engineering and inspection <br /> required to complete the items of work hereinafter set forth . Such <br /> work as described immediately above shall constitute "Engineering <br /> and Inspection" and shall be so referred to hereinafter . <br /> 2 . The contract cost of the work or, if the work is -not <br /> contracted, the cost of all labor , materials and equipment rental <br /> required to complete the work , except the cost of providing the <br /> power supply to the service equipment or pad shall constitute the <br /> actual "Construction Cost" and shall be so referred to hereinafter . <br /> 94010-1 <br />
