I <br /> think that the revised plat now addresses many of the questions I had in my earlier <br /> letter to the Planning Commission. You should just make sure, however, that the <br /> following points are covered: <br /> 1. Of course, the easement with the'Brauns needs to be resolved. <br /> 2. The information I have reviewed does not indicate whether the floor <br /> area ratio of 0.6 or the minimum square footages called for in the ordinance are met, <br /> but I assume you or Larry Hamer will check this. <br /> 3. It appears that the 30-foot front setback is now met by the revised plat, <br /> but I am not sure whether the sideyard setbacks are met. <br /> 4.
