E . were withdrawn , had been <br /> distributed to the Council members who had concluded there would be no <br /> need 'for action on the Commission recommendation that they deny the <br /> rezoning request . <br /> The Council concurred with the Commission recommendation of approval <br /> of the request for a fence variance at Skycroft Circle . <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marrs to <br /> follow the recommendations of the Planning Commission to grant a two <br /> foot variance to the .
