CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS,. pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 9, 1997, <br /> a report was prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. with <br /> reference to the improvement of Edward Street, from 34th Avenue NE <br /> to 35th Avenue NE; Harding Street, from 34th Avenue NE to 36th <br /> Avenue NE, and, Roosevelt Street, from 34th Avenue NE to 35th <br /> Avenue NE. <br /> WHEREAS,' the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br /> is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of-the City of St. <br /> Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with <br /> the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the <br /> cost of the improvement pursuant to-Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of $770,000.00. <br /> 2) Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for <br /> this improvement.
