CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-031 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSAL FOR <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO <br /> ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to replace the deteriorated <br /> sidewalk on both sides of St. Anthony Boulevard, between Stinson Boulevard <br /> and Silver Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, said sidewalk improvement project has been designated as a Minnesota State Aid <br /> funded project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. has submitted a <br /> proposal to perform the engineering services for said project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the proposal submitted by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. to provide <br /> the engineering services relating to the St. Anthony Boulevard sidewalk improvement project. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1998. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk + <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
