We originally assumed 3,000 connections in the city. This has been reduced to 2,300 <br /> ,connections to reflect your recent data. <br /> b.. We originally planned.on three public-information meetings. This has been increased <br /> to four meetings/study areas to provide a more manageable number of people in each <br /> group. <br /> C. We increased the public information areas to include assistance in preparation of <br /> Newsletter Articles and assistance in preparing an Educational Video. <br /> d.
