ANTHONY ' <br /> RESOLUTION 98-061 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 29`h Avenue NE,.between Wilson Street and <br /> Crestview Drive (Minnesota State Aid Street, non-assessed); Wilson Street, <br /> between St. Anthony Boulevard and 27`h Avenue NE; Pahl Avenue, <br /> between Wilson Street and Coolidge Street; Alley, between Wilson Street <br /> and Coolidge Street (south of Murray Avenue); Alley, between Wilson <br /> Street and Coolidge Street (south of Pahl Avenue); Alley, between Wilson <br /> Street and Coolidge Street (south of St. Anthony Boulevard) and Silver <br /> Lake Road, between 30`h Avenue NE and 29`h Avenue NE (Hennepin <br /> County State Aid Highway 136, non-assessed)) by reconstruction of the <br /> roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: ' <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that <br /> they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br /> in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, <br /> and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br /> some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1998. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: ' <br /> City Manager <br />
