. ain thonv <br /> • <br /> illa e <br /> Administrative Offices <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418-1699 <br /> (612) 789-8881 FAX (612) 781-9323 <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> WHEREAS, Volunteers have enriched the life of our community through their concern, <br /> commitment and generosity of spirit; and <br /> WHEREAS, Volunteers are an essential component of that quality of life as they serve the <br /> health, education, recreation, social service, environmental and cultural needs of <br /> our community; and <br /> WHEREAS, Volunteers of all ages and from all backgrounds are stepping forward to meet and <br /> to solve the increasingly complex problems that have confronted our community; <br /> and <br /> • WHEREAS, Individuals and groups serving as volunteers have impacted our community through <br /> service to others; and <br /> WHEREAS, Recognition should be given to volunteers involved in all contributions which serve <br /> their fellow citizens and communities. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Clarence J. Ranallo, Mayor of the City of St. Anthony, and on behalf of <br /> the St. Anthony City Council, do hereby proclaim the week of April 18 - 24, 1999 to be <br /> VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK <br /> in St. Anthony Village.
