CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br /> OF NATURAL RESOURCES FLOOD MITIGATION GRANT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, as part of the City's flood mitigation efforts, received a <br /> grant for funds from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has requested that the Minnesota DNR issue funds of <br /> said grant to assist in cash flow flood mitigation improvements being <br /> constructed through the early'part of 1999. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> will issue additional bonds by the spring of the year 2000 in the amount necessary to meet the <br /> City's share of the Minnesota Department of natural Resources Flood Mitigation Grant. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
