CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INFLOW/INFILTRATION <br /> CONTROL PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony had previously applied for and was awarded a $40,000 <br /> loan to help eliminate inflow/infiltration (I/I) from the metropolitan disposal <br /> system; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony subsequently requested the loan application be rescinded <br /> in favor of being allowed to apply for a grant; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has approved the City's request for an I/I funding <br /> , change. <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the I/I Control Program Grant Agreement with the Metropolitan Council and <br /> authorizes the City Manager to sign said Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
