Attached for your reference is our Council resolution for dissolution of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> As noted in my letter, and per your subsequent direction to me, HazMat 2 will remain in <br /> service under auspices of Fridley Fire Department, insured,by the City of Fridley, and <br /> available to your respective departments via our Mutual Aid Agreements. HazMat 1 Will <br /> be surplused. <br /> Please forward to me a copy of your City's or organizations formal action withdrawing <br /> from the joint powers agreement.
