CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 8 The meeting was called to order at 8:39 P.M. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 11 Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 12 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 13 Also present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 25, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the May 25, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br /> 18 presented. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 27, 1999 HRA MINUTES. <br /> �23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the April 27, 1999 ERA Minutes as presented. <br /> �l5 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 V. CLAIMS. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br /> 29 <br /> 30 A. TIF Administrative Costs: <br /> 31 1. Ramsey County_ in the amount of$611.22 for TIF administrative expenses. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 VI. STUART BONNIWELL WILL PRESENT,THE 1998 HRA AUDIT. <br /> 36 Ranallo invited Mr. Bonniwell to address the Commissioners. Mr. Bonniwell reviewed the 1998 <br /> 37 HRA Financial Report. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Faust noted that the legislature set aside $2 million in the last year for community assistance due <br /> 40 to rate compression and changing tax capacities. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Cavanaugh asked whether Springsted's TIF district analysis should be included in the report. <br /> 43 Mr. Bonniwell stated the TIF analysis had been reviewed and the appropriate transfers have <br /> 44 already been completed by the City. <br /> 0 Ranallo thanked Mr. Bonniwell for his hard work. <br /> 47 <br />
