CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND KATHY MARTIN AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, as Landlord, and Kathy Martin, as Tenant, desire to <br /> enter into a Lease agreement for the City-owned property located at 2800 <br /> Kenzie Terrace. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Lease between the City and Kathy Martin and authorizes the Mayor and <br /> City Manager to sign said Lease on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> .
