Resolution 99-055, re: City's purchase of 2809 - 30`h Avenue NE. <br /> 4 Mr. Soth recommended two changes to the Purchase Agreement for the property at 2809 30`h <br /> 5 Avenue NE: <br /> 6 1. Allowing the owner to stay on the property two (2) weeks after closing creates risks and <br /> 7 potential problems for the City. Mr. Soth recommends that "two weeks" should be <br /> 8 replaced with "date of closing." <br /> 9 2. Two items on the Addendum to Purchase agreement should be initialed and deleted: <br /> 10 (a) Purchaser is to provide Seller with a letter of intent. The Seller has received said <br /> 11 letter of intent. <br /> 12 (b) The agreement was subject to Seller acquiring a home of choice. Seller has found a <br /> 13 home of choice. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Resolution 99-055 authorizing the City's pur- <br /> 15 chase of 2809 - 30`h Avenue NE, with the modifications to the Purchase Agreement and <br /> �6 Addendum as per the City Attorney, for a price of$106,000.00. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 XI.
